Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The plant must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- The plant must be in its original condition, showing no signs of damage or neglect
- The original packaging or container should be included when possible
- You must have a receipt or proof of purchase
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact Us

Step 2: Receive Authorization
We will review your return request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item.
Step 3: Ship the Item
Package the plant securely using the original packaging when possible. Include the RA number with your return shipment. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned plant, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds may not be available for:
- Plants that show signs of damage due to improper care
- Returns made after the 14-day return window
- Items returned without a Return Authorization number
- Custom or personalized orders
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for plants of equal or greater value. If you wish to exchange your plant, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective plant, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage when possible.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Plant Health Guarantee
We guarantee that all plants are healthy and properly cared for at the time of shipment. However, once a plant is in your care, its health depends on proper maintenance. We cannot guarantee plant health after delivery due to varying environmental conditions and care practices.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized plant arrangements
- Plants that have been repotted or significantly altered
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Gift cards
Late or Missing Refunds
